Hello Guys, I know this has probably come up before but I need some advice about replacement foot pads.I have a Starboard Sonic 85 that needs some new footpads.
Are replacement pads available from Starboard,if so where do I get them?
If they cannot be bought as a replacement what are the other options?
Thanks.

I'd use a craft knife rather than scissors to get a good clean angled cut.
Lots of manufacturers sand the pads on the undersides at the edges to get an even taper to a neat thin edge that wont lift.

When you use contact adhesive, the dirty pink stuff, you have to let it dry well on both surfaces before you mount it and you have to take care to place the pad exactly where you want it first go because you can't push it into position after the surfaces come together. Roll the pad on to avoid air bubbles and press it down firmly all over.

Remove any adhesive that is showing with acetone before it gets old.
