Hi, I need to repair a broken fin tab. I'm told you can purchase stainless replacements? Any comments on the best procedure or any pitfalls?...it's one of my favourite fins...don't want to mess it up. Thanks.

Just repaired one myself using the steel reinforcement kit. Worked a treat but you need to have access to a circular grinder and you have to be very careful you get an even sanded area on each side (and don't sand off too much ).

it's called a 'fin saver', if you take the time to sand the fin correctly they work quite well

I did mine a couple of weeks ago, the stainless fin savers work a treat.

You can use a file or sandpaper if you're careful.
