Hi All

Been reading about board repairs and thank you all for posting great tips and instructions. Very Helpful. I have repaired my Fanatic 2018 blast nose with some fiberglass and then with Epoxy resin and micro powder. Came out i believe nicely for a first timer. Next is spray it with Prime filler.

After that i struggle and seek some help. Fanatic gives you the pantone colors (5493 c and 1495 c) but the problem is, super cheap can't do anything with that or RGB or CMYK. All they know is car model year or car color codes. I like to use the spray cans that have the acrylic lacquer.

Or is there a different way of painting the board in the orginal color. ie i can find a matching color at taubman or dulux. But what paint then to choose from these brands. And just apply with microfiber roller and then spray with 2k clear top coat?

Hope you can help

Regards
Lard

I did find vgautopaints.com.au/ and they seem to be able to make it

Go to a real paint store where they will also be able to eye match. It will look slightly different over your primer or if there is a bit of fading from the sun. People who paint cars wouldn't be seen dead at Supercrap
