Hi![]()
Does anyone have one of these for sale? They used to be called Kona 11'5 or Exocet X-Longboard.
I sold mine when I moved from NZ to Oz , thinking that I will buy a new one when I get here, but Exocet stopped making them.

there are also 2019-2020 models apparently in stock still:www.exocet-original.com/longboard-c2x33091974
so maybe order a new one, out of the stock, as there is stock available on Exocet website, from WA dealer, SurfSail Australia: www.surfsailaustralia.com.au/
Thanks Richard, but I already contacted nzsailing, they do not have the X-longboard in stock (I'm not interested in the windsups, they are too wide and slow)
And If you go to exocet-original, you will see the x-longboard is discontinued (the last 3 was sold early this year)
I just put straps on my old one, planning on getting it wet again. I used mine a lot when my kids were learning to sail mostly lightwind cruising and some flatwater blasting. Never really took it in the waves, although I do have a minitanker that I used in the surf once.
What kind of conditions did you sail yours in?
mostly 5 - 15 knots onshore small wave riding. ![]()
exactly what it was made for!
Can't understand why these boards weren't more popular. Pretty much the only thing that's worth wave riding when it's <14 mph and not a perfect cross off reef.
