Hi
What epoxy resin/hardener do you use for this? Going to paint a thin layer on then sprinkle sugar on.
Apparently polyester over epoxy is a no go as it won't bond properly and the epoxy i have (International HT9000) is not UV stable so will yellow or break down. Seems to be some UV stabilizers available but i can't find anything.
There are some proprietary grip paints around but they get mixed reviews so i like the sugar approach as it works well.
Help and suggestions appreciated.
Cheers

i did some regripping on my Iso 86. Dont worry about the epoxy being UV stable as you are painting it on to the wood finish you cant see if its going yellow or not.

Cheers Bender. I'll give it a go. What's the worst that can happen? :)
