I lost a pad on my board. Its' actually a white insert next to the strap (see the image).
So I need a replacement - and while on it - I thought I could get a thicker pad - and replace both sides.
I was hoping for an advice on where to get it from, and which glue to use on it.

Rampz Pads are toughest material & super soft.
Whatever you use glue them on with Contact Adhesive, not water based like they use on booms 
Buy from Surf Sail in Wembley. They sell by the square meter. Use Selley's Contact glue (not the clear or vertical stuff - get the smelly yellow normal ones. Apply glue to both surfaces, wait a LONG time (30-45 minutes), then you get one shot at aligning it.
ps. if using the diamond shaped pads (which you should), be mindful to align the diamonds correctly - there's an in and out as well as the obvious up and down.
You are after EVA foam
Hydroturf is the usual recommendation due to their range - but buying a square meter and it's not very thick etc... hmmm
I have some that is about twice as thick as normal board stuff, the fishscale will be same pattern and it is white! It mayyybeeee jusssttt enough for that.
PM me if u have no luck with new stuff and we will measure....
Oh and also the board repairers often keep them, one from almost any other board will do, so ask around.

The front pad also got unglued a few months ago - and I glued it back using Sellys Contact Adhesive. Seems to hold so far.
The exposed is dark yellow coloured - very likely the same contact adhesive. A bit of a concern.... maybe it was glued impatiently.
Not sure how to clean it either. Someone was promoting MS Polymer glues on the forums, and UHU Max Repair.

They'd easily cut into the insets you need and are super comfy.
They're originally from Hydrodynamix in WA, so access should be easy.

I once took that advice and bought a 1m x 1.5m sheet to replace the foot pads.
It wasn't until it turned up I realised 1m x 1.5m is actually quite a lot.
I now have a 0.9m x 1.4m sheet plus some off cuts taking up space in my shed that I have no use for.

What was your material? Hydroturf?
Less than 8mm.
Maybe 6 to 8mm on the callipers, depending if it is on a diamond or not.
I had the starboard dual density pads where only the top layer peeled off so when I put this on I still had the first layer of foam and glued this on top.
Deck padding arrived - need to remove the contact adhesive from the "bald" patch before I glue the insert.
Any advice on how to remove it without affecting the rest of the deck pads surrounding the area?
you don't really need to, if it is just the thin yellow layer. Only remove any lumps of old EVA with a scalpel or Stanley knife blade carefully.

Thanks, seems clean enough - except for the yellow layer of the adhesive.
So I'll just glue it on top.
And then... I'll be left with 1.35m x 1m of decking sheet. Looking back, would have been better off if I took it to the repair shop :-)
I'm going through the same sorry process. I've used isopropyl alcohol to remove the old pads and the glue, so it's now squeaky clean. It takes a little while for the glue to soften, so if you can make a little puddle of the alcohol to soak the glue it comes off better.
PITA that you can't easily get a set of generic replacement pads. My next step is to cut out the right shapes from a massive SUP deck grip sheet.

My concern is that the rest of the padding may get unglued (the black piece).
The white bit is actually raised from the deck - with a bit of a drop-off sides so to make it more difficult to glue it back 
Thinking of heating up the cut-out so to mould it better - but not sure if it would affect the glue.

I would not do that when only replacing the insert section like Obelix is.
You don't want to soften the surrounding pad / glue.
Been there done that... 
If the remaining glue is hard to remove that's good! Means you have a good base to glue to. I reckon only remove lumps.

OK, sorry. I'll read it more carefully next time. Isopropyl will be really good at affecting the pads surrounding the area.
I have a pad that has lifted on a board. I went to buy Selleys contact adhesive as mentioned here but it says it's only water resistant..?
I bought some Selleys Aquafix - waterproof epoxy adhesive..will that do the job and be safe to use on a board?

Yellow stinky Kwik Grip is the one you want. I've got the equivalent made by parfix, it also says water resistant.
I gather they say that as prolonged continuous immersion may not be guaranteed to last. But it is what we use and it works.

Ok. I'll exchange it ..It only comes in a tin and says to use it all soon after opening so I suppose I'll just have to chuck the excess.
