if your talking about plans ,template cutouts e,c,t its going to cost you ,have a look here it's not a 120lt board but it will give you the basics www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Windsurfing/Gps/Speed-Board-Build-HD-Creeper-48/
, I have made a few boards and personally for what you pay for a used board I wouldn't start from scratch
there are heaps of 120lt boards out there that are all different lengths and widths , im not sure on what your intentions are but the rocker on different boards haven't changed a great deal except the boards are wider,
if you can get an older board for say $200 and do some mods , cutouts , steps , lower mast track ect, you will end up with a better board than doing your first board from scratch, and it will give you an idea on how these changes make the boards performance , then you mite want to have a go from scratch

Thank you. I saw this page. I want to try do it freeride board. I have experience with materials and of manufacturing process. But I'm not sure with ideal dimension: vee bottom, tail rocker, nose rocker, tuck, apex, rail shape.

Sorry for my english. English is not my favorit language :)

free ride boards tend to be a bit wider , ill be honest with you , if you could get some dimensions for a free ride board there could be a chance not all of those dimensions are going to suit the location your sailing, basically if you were to make a custom board for your location , you should know what you need to change from the board you are currently sailing, I cant give you any advise there because I don't know the conditions your sailing and also your weight
your weight makes a big difference in volume distribution and tail width ect

I'm afraid every body I know who's made their own board have come up with their own design, I don't know any where you can buy the sort of plans you are after. And as Keef says, they're only going to be generic, not necessarily ideal for your purposes.
If there's a board or boards you like, you could use it/them as a basis for your own design.

Czech Republic? That's about the same distance from the Baltic, The North Sea and the Adriatic. Lake Ferto in Austria is not so far and that's a pretty big pond. What's the wind like around there?

You'll get good at gybing :)

Good luck with it.
