If he sells out and uses a mast track purchased from a faceless corporate windsurf company, it's defiantly not me from the future..
Watched all 8'videos, amazing. Music needs some work, except # 8.
i thought he would sail in the same overalls and sweater.
remarkable. I love the hot wire jig cutting the rails
I'd like to know what glue is used for the styro, that the hotwire will still cut?
I know some use PVA or a polyurethane but first is weak and second may be too rubbery for hotwire?
I like his style though
less homogenous for sure, but probably not weaker in any way that'd matter. you need to maintain the shear strength in your core, and with the way the bonds run, it shouldn't get compromised.
might be a tiny bit better to have the blocks in a single layer?
I like
half the reason I have not built the SUP I wanted to do, is that the blank is so damn huge...................
as usual, seabreeze is a bad influence upon me
Col5555
are you the builder.. ? Seem no but..?
What is he using to insert the footstrap inserts ? A white putty looking substance

Sounds as though you (like me) have been there and found out about the glue line problem when shaping

If you want I have 15kg EPs just send a profile and outline in dxf form through or a full model(shape 3d). Don't go gluing foam together like a pleb lol.
