Here be the rules of the caption competition:
1. The current holder of the cup decides the winner based on number of green thumbs, or their own biased favourite if a draw.
1b. Preference will be given to captions with a windsurfing reference.
2. The new cup holder must create a new topic "Caption Competition #n" and add an image ripe for adding silly captions to.
3. Each competition runs for about a week, again up to the current cup holder to call it.
