I just googled "blue laser" I was not about to do the maths.
maybe if the battery was running down it would be more pwooaarrrrr ??

and the BMX guy is moving forwards so waht about doppler effect for the bystanders? different tones heard by some? (some of those with modified ears what can hear 760 gig, that is)
