Proof....Rambo was born with a bandana. His speach impediment however did not improve.

Oscar the ventriloquist cursed himself for his impetuosity. He had the Centrelink staff fooled until his "new baby" said "See what stimulating the private sector leads to".
The child endowment cheque never arrived.
