I don't know how theDoctor knew it was PM33s plane either, so someone has spilled the beans.
So, even thought there were heaps of good entries, I found Waterloo's mention of Snowtown airways rather twisted. I like twisted, so he wins!

P.S. for those that care, the setup in the photo is supposed to be to allow engineers to load the plane, and shift the weight loading around the plane to simulate passenger loads and so on. Well, that's what they tell us anyway
