Just spent the last week and a bit in Yerecoin WA for a holiday. Went to the local beach at Guilderton and WOW the water is just amazing. No windsurfing for me, but watching the guys leaving from there was making me a bit jealous as the wind was perfect, really good consistent winds with little change. What amazed me the most was how beautiful the water is over there compared to Brisbane waters.

I will be back for a Windsurf holiday in the Future when the money starts coming in again.

Agree the waters around BRISBANE are absolute rubbish but we live on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Australia. I live in brisbane and regularly wavesail on yhe sunshine coast, gold coast or northern nsw. All within a 2 hour max driving distance from the city.

WA is amazing don't get me wrong but Brisbane is not all that bad

The beach at Guilderton is not a really good beach BTW. Never seen anyone windsurf there.....
You'd love a good WA beach then
