Can i use my twin fin as a freestyle fin???

Hey Guys..
I was going to cut down a fin for freestyle but the i had the idea of using a old twin fin, it 17cm so i think it will do the job... so will it???

Well i was wondering if anyone had actually tried it and could tell me if it works or not??

it will 'work' but just not that well... like im sure it will be fine! but wave fins have alot of rake? (is that the right word) and they wont work too well when sliding backwards, or trying to get upwind in chop.

Thanks alot mate.... its just for learning freestyle.. i am busy learninig vulcans so i need a smaller fin
