Just wondering what the bank is like on the Woodgate side in the event of too much easterly blowing and the main run can't be used.

Fitz, the bank is the best it has been in the 11 years I have been sailing it,
it is about 1 km longer now and so much better, the best.

i'll put up a map a bit later today showing all areas we have approvals.

no mater the wind direction we've got things covered as burrum has 3 main runs available.

Shaun i sailed it yesterday (gpsteamchallenge.com.au/sailor_session/show?date=2014-03-19&team=8)
absolutely fantastic session there seems to be more sand than usual and
the run now extends beyond Woodgate point and you also get stronger wind as you go further out.
This is now over a nautical mile of smooth water, no washouts!!
You can sail out and back direct from the boat ramp with a little bit of care (or follow someone)
without touching the bottom.

Look forward to seeing you there.
