Am looking for an economical way to transport a long board from NSW central coast to Brisbane. I think a courier would be too expensive. Are there any other options people have used successfully?

Back loading! Ring some smaller Qld companies to see if they do back loading. Might be about $150

Mark,

Try www.surfreight.com/ . It's his core business to move boards, so the price should be ok and they'll know how to look after it. Based at Peregian Beach. I have used him before.
