Couple of pics from friday - north coast of Tassie was sustaining 40-50kts with gusts into 60 at times! Biggest system we've had in ages

We sailed a protected break with the swell wrapping into a bay
4.2 and 85l dyno but completely overcooked

We're in a motorhome on the way to Tassie. We were in Victoria and it was challenging trying to stay on the road with the galeforce crosswinds over the open plains.

haha yes lots of steering i bet...

next 10 days is looking more normal, continuing westerlies but nothing crazy. a couple of warmer days too
