I'm looking at buying one of these and just wondering from guys who have one if they are capable of planing?
I've seen footage of the Starboard windsups planing, how about the Bic?

Yes they get up and plane in 8-10kn ok with a 7.5 - 8m sail but quiet a slow plane due to a fair bit of rocker
I have the Exocet 11'8 and gets planning and goes well.
Its similar to the Kona one with step tail but wider, thinner and softer rails.
