Thank's to Al McLeod, for a well put together video. This was from the trip to an outer reef, past Green Island, a few days, before the Slalom Nationals. Thanks to Cam McLeod for an awesome adventure out there!
More here, with a little write up:

I look like im very sad, talking in the video haha, must have wrecked. From the post, five days of sailing, before this![]()
Enjoy![]()
Slick vid Izaak - love the run beside the rockwall around the 1minute mark......smooth, smooth and more smooth
Would love to have a sail up there for sure. Rigging in the waist deep water would have it's challenges with the wind and tide no doubt
You're sad Izaak because you had to leave Tassie in the middle of winter, to go and sail all that horrible warm water and wind. You were probably just having 5mm neoprene withdrawals. ![]()

Yes the rigging in the water, quite a challenge. It certainly was hard! tidal movement and wind, like you mentioned.... Plus mast and luff pocket, filling up![]()
Haha it was freezing mate! Heap of water coming over the bow ![]()
I'd never been so wet in my life, but then it adds to the adventure for sure ![]()
