Apparently newcomer board company Weone has now become Wenone after only two years. ![]()
Tough time to enter the sport as a manufacturer
The post-Covid hangover is wreaking havoc in a lot of sports, not just ours. Wing brands keep puking out discounts on gear that must be absolutely painful. Cycling is in absolute turmoil.
Hate to see someone's hope and dreams not work out.
Website has been updated. Wonder what the story is. The boards were cheap and build in Europe I believe so guess that was the USP but doesn't seem to have worked out unfortunately.
Seems weird that their website is announcing 2025 boards if they are shutting down. Maybe they aren't shutting down?

I also went to their website yesterday and they had a very short goodbye, something along the lines of "thank you for the support, blah blah. That's it". I tried to click on the menu button and it was not working.
It's seems to be a strange com to make ask of them.
