went home for the Holy Week which means no work for wifey and the whole Phils. for close to a week..caught the remaining winds of the season last week and the only aches I could feel was leg cramps on the 2nd hour of the first sail even when I never touched a board for a year.. It seemed just like yesterday and I even gybed 30% better, exits were faster..we sailed 3 straight days and made the most out of it. Running, swimming, light weights and a bit of core exercises and basketball does make wonders for an oldie like me. I enjoyed the sailing to the fullest and downtime on the water was lesser than the last time I guess I missed it much...sigghh! sailing you have to love it!

Nice to have you back on the water JP, glad you enjoyed it.

Seems things are a bit turbulent over your way.

Does golf and beers count towards exercise?
There has been no decent wind here for a while.

I would certainly count golf in...if you are the caddy carrying the bag, on foot !
