There was an accident last Friday when windsurfer Peter Mac was hit by a boat crossing the channel. Peter has just come out of his 3rd round of surgery today. The knee cap has a chunk missing from the prop but they have tied the rest back together with string (literally). The surgeries on the fractured femur and wrist were successful so if the antibiotics do their job he should be able to use his leg again. He'll be in a tough spot finacially as he is a contract worker so we've started a go fundme.
