Should be pretty easy - have the bar and lines connected the whole time, inflate the kite, lay out lines and ensure they're not crossed/tangled, feed the kite out via 5th line, jump in the water, water relaunch kite.
That, or we've got our own dingy and will do a launch off that or the main boat.
