Just to go against the trend, the vid made me sad, my shoulder is still f^&*ed. Now they say it is a labral tear, which sounds sexual to me but apparently it is a shoulder bit.
Very good chance I'll be ready. Trouble is my first opportunity to sail (assuming it heals as expected) will be Esperance trip in November.
Hmm..... 9 months off the boards, sus shoulder, unfit, and go straight out in mast hi DTL with flukey winds on the inside.
