Those of you may have read my post about the 2015 Jp Magic Ride Pro edition in which I purchased in February this 2016 year. Unfortunately there were some issues with structural integrity of the board, so I sent it back and was given a full refund. I ended up buying a 2016 Naish Starship 115 Liter board. So far so good with the board. Seems much more durable and responds great to bump n jump riding. Very lively high performance board. The sportyness of the Starship is much more up my alley. Plus I like the Starship's foot strap settings better than the Magic Ride. I feel just about dialed in now on the board. Hope this is a helpful board review for those in search of a high performance, solid structural board.
I don't know yet. The Starship is my magic ride. It kind of works for me! It doesn't say Jp Magic Ride, just says Magic Ride!
The Starship is constructed with a glass matrix on a molded EPS closed cell core, with an HDX sandwich deck and bottom and a pine sandwich layer with wood reinforcements in the high impact load areas with no carbon and weighs a little heavier at 17.6 pounds on the 115 liter, as it seems super stiff and strong. The board is advertised as a bump & jump board, so it's great with absorbing impact. Yeah that titan looks like a fast machine. I had the 110 liter Titan that came out in 2003 and it was totally solid until it started delaminating. The delaminating may have been due to me not taking the vent screw out at all. I learned the hard way about that! But that board had a life of 12 solid years in it, plus I bought it used so I don't know how much abuse it had before I bought it. I have always had great luck with Naish boards. Plus I have always liked their shapes.

No I don't think it was your fault ..some of the oldies had issues.as some of the F2 s ( had a few ).but 12 years out of pre- loved board ,you got your money's worth .
I fell in love with the 2013 RRD 130 fire ride ..but could never find one .for sale ..then naish last year 2015 ,came out with the exact width ,literage ,length
as the 130 RRD ...so it was on the cards ...it is fast ,I mainly use it for flat water days ,in saying this it is amazing in short chop as well.
i use 7.0 ,7.5 8.0&8,5 sails on it ...gybes amazing ...being only 240 in length you can really snap it around .she's a hum dinga...
being so wide at almost 84 wide it' has really thin rails ...freaky shape but works well ..hope the star ship lives up to your expectations .
naish s new wave collection this year looks sick..
