There's a period between the 6 and the 9. May be polite to wait a little while.

As Relic pointed out this week with the Whatsapp app, that we use it for live forecasts. Seabreeze windsurfing forums are for discussing windsurfing. Tassie women read the Tas Windsurfing forums and discussing women this way is disrespectful and offensive. If you want to discuss women that way go to your porn forums where the women like being talked about that way.

My favorite porn site wouldn't approve of the stuff posted on this forum. www.eestairs.com/en

Seabreeze is for everyone, to discuss what they like, within reason .Most discuss windsurfing here but there is fishing, surfing, kite, sup landsailing, general and shooting the breeze. People cross over from one forum to the other and make comments/posts.

Thats the way it is, we cant police everthing' and everyone is just having fun. P
That's just a thought, and..

porn forum????, really!! , you kidding.

Porn or not, disrespectful or not....it must get a bit tedious for the few females on the Tas forum.

Nothing wrong with an attractive lady in a nice bikini......but some of the references on seabreeze don't do a lot to encourage female participation.

Guys who get over excited about a woman in a skimpy bikini (jaytee and combodge) don't need a porn site.... the underwear section of a
k-mart catalogue would probably do the job.

Lots of opportunity on shooting the breeze / heavy weather to engage in some good old-fashioned bloke-talk secret mens' business.

Just saying.

The Horue team produce high production value promotional films celebrating the female form. To view it as sexist is a simplistic misinterpretation. The French are one of the most respectful cultures towards women. The imagery celebrates the beauty of the female form.
The image and comments posted following the video are suggestive. Read into them what you like. To brand them pornographic is an overreaction, over sensitive and bordering on absurd. The intent is humour. Laughter is healthy.
European and Skandinavian cultures see political correctness for what it is. The same cannot be said for Australia. The far right Conserative element has succeeded in influencing our attitudes to the point of ridicule. Let's not allow ourselves to be brainwashed by a bunch of wowsers who regard activities like dancing as salacious imoral activities, would ban swimming attire and promote the narrowing of progressive cultural diversity and freedom of expression.

Totally agree regarding cultural sophistication and appreciation of the female form.....I see nothing hugely distasteful about the original video.....you'd see that much exposed butt in the olympic diving or water polo.

I am completely politically incorrect, and value the right of freedom of expression...

However, it does say something about certain males' intelligence that a video with a woman in a skimpy bikini takes three posts to degenerate into suggestions about oral sex and menstruation.

I don't think it's an issue of whether it is porn or not....it is an issue of whether certain blokes* possess the ability to see an attractive female in a bikini and not act like they're a dog on heat.

I wouldn't say the French are the most respectful culture towards women. After travelling around France for a month, twice in 2 different towns, fat, dirty old Frenchmen thought I'ld enjoy them placing their hand on my leg several times while our car was being serviced. No respect for personal boundaries, just thinking of themselves. Sorry to get angry guys but it just gets to me. And I wouldn't say I'm overreacting, it's the only way us girls can get the message through sometimes.

Sorry that happened to you Kazza those gropers were probably Belgians!
Seriously though recognising humour in all it's forms is the key to not taking offence; for example my post; sarcasm. Some say it is the greatest form of humour!

Oscar Wilde actually said that “sarcasm is the lowest form of wit”, if that's the quote you're thinking of?

I'm with Kaz, in that there is no need to bring overt sexism into either the title of the post, or especially Jaytees post above. Personally, i get more excited about the loops and other things, that i can only dream of windsurfing wise, than a few distractions in bikinis. Plenty of other forums for that.

"The image and comments posted following the video are suggestive. Read into them what you like".....
I'm sorry, but "and Pussay", is not suggestive...it is offensive. If you think otherwise, then "Relic" is appropriate.

Anyone who knows me would (absolutely) never accuse me of being PC or conservative. I'm also not one be a keyboard warrior, but I'm with Kazz 100%.

Where are combodge and jaytee with their sage words at this crucial stage of the discussion?

Too busy with their heads stuck into some k-mart undies catalogues maybe.

Reading Oscar Wylde!
Looks like the new RS-X convertible foil/fin system is likely for the next olympics.
Now that'll be worth watching.
Theres some videos of The World Foiling competitions getting around. It's worth a look.
