I made a video from a windfoil session last month.
I am a big wing/small sail foiler, weighing 85 kg.
Using my custom SBT 100 liter foilboard and 5.0 Ezzy Wave. Im on the Sabfoil mast M92, W799 Balz Pro frontwing and S425 stab.
wind was between 10 and 14 knots.

Upwind 360s were pretty sweet!
The video was way too long though, most of the time nothing happens 
Damn Kees that is some pretty sweet riding. with upwind 360s like that you must be close to foil helitack?

Nice foiling Kees! Also funny to see the other surfers are struggeling with large race gear non planing and you having fun only with a small wave sail and tiny board!

I'm on the W999 with 4.4 foilfreek when the wind goes down. It's easier to change the foil than the sail

Yes, thats realy big wing/small sail!
I use the W999 also in light wind, but its a bit slow compared with the W799, and the W799 goes pretty early as well.
And i agree on changing the foil, before the sail.

Yes, i did already some foil helitacks. If i try the upwind 360 and have to much pressure in the sail, it get automaticly a foil helitack ;-)

The SBT is 175cm long and 70 wide and has 100 liters. its has the shape of the Slingshot freestyle.
