I regretabbly sold my rig awhile ago after struggling with neck & shoulder injury/pain from work. It was only a beginner setup, and was looking to get back into windsurfing, however I also enjoy SUP'ing and don't want two boards
Are the SUP crossover boards a gimmick or a real option I can continue my journey on? I also love the hydrofoil and want to use one on the board
thx in advance
ps: Im 85kg, my old setup i was using was a bic nova 205d with a 4.5m sail
sounds like a lot to ask, but seems some are offering it as a possibility

what will it be best at and is that what you are looking for
often hard to find a board that does two things well - like SUP and windsurf
and you want to hydrofoil as well !!
If you dont want to short-board plane, then they are great !
Pretty much any design will do - most people use between 5.0 - 6.5m ( you dont need a big sail ).
I do prefer something around 9-10ft long.
am guessing i would go more for something like this - more volume, length, etc
already a recognized windsup and foil ready
depends on - what is the priority ??

My board works perfect as a crossover, but it's a custom made. that has two tuttleboxes now (adding weight), one for a windfoil and one that could be used with a Supfoil.
Foilwise i think using a Supfoil for winfoiling is much easier than the other way round.

good replies, many thanks gentlemen
I've looked and noticed it seems better to find a windsurf board thats foil ready, and will just have to get a board for SUP as well ![]()
