Hey guys, i have a 2022 Starboard Foil board and a Carbon Simmer Foil Mast (same es Zeeko/Patrik).
I feel that it's moving a lot and i have to adjust the screws as the front screw gets loose after some time. i see that this is normal but i'm not sure if a spacer would help.
the starboard masts have not an angled tuttle head, same as the new patrik masts. but they have a line where you could cut it.
do i need a spacer to make the mast head more square and have contact with the top of the box as starboard sometimes states?

Careful, you gonna start another Tuttle box rant session! 
Yes, it's pretty normal for the front bolt to get loose. There's been lots of talk and videos about rocking the mast back and forth using the leverage of the mast as you tighten up the bolts. There also been lots of discussion about whether the foil should touch the top of the box. One side says the foil should not touch the top as it is designed to wedge into the taper on the fore and aft side. Other side points out that racers shim the top of the mast every day to set a certain rake to the foil mast.
Personally, when I use a Tuttle mast, I rock the foil when rigging and that usually does it, but I don't really freak out if it moves during sailing because it can't go too far. I'll tighten it if I take a break and am headed back out. I also think there is a bigger factor of safety if the foil does not touch the top of the box, but many folks make it work that way.

yes i do de rocking and retighten the bolts, so i'll keep doing that..
so there is not a standard spacer i could buy, just the shims that are expensive ? ;)
The only comment i'll make.
if you're using rubber washers, remove them. They allow movement to happen whilst foiling, which you don't want at all. If you're rocking the foil in and tightening as you go then you should be able to get it to no movement at all. You only need to get it screwdriver tight.
