Did anyone ever turn the (asymmetric) adapter to shift the COL about 3 cm forward ?
I know the footprint of the mast on the adapter is not exactly symmetrical because of the difference between the leading edge and the trailing edge, but this seems a very small difference and I think the main strength comes from the screw connection not from the form at the base.
3 cm also seems a small difference to have problems with bending the fuselage due to the leverage.
I don't have the dual track only the deep tuttle so I'm searching for a shift like from position B to C on a Hover Glide fuselage, so I came up with the idea of turning the connector instead of turning the fuselage.
