I really like my new starboard race foil. But the alloy mast version doesn't come with any kind of case or covers. I keep my gear in a trailer so it needs some kind of protection.
has anyone found a good DIY cover that fits a race foil? 115cm fuselage and 900 front wing. Ideally something that would fit the whole fuselage and wing assembly without having to disassemble.
I dunno if you'll find something that does the fuse as well, but snides (one of the windfoilers in perth) buys the moth foil covers for wings and mast from KA.

your on your own figuring out which ones fit....
Firearm socks are cheap and protect from minor scratches. Pretty stretchy so fit over the tuttle head pretty easily. If you need ding resistance, the other suggestions sound very nice.

Cut and saw an old mast cover like l did James! You are halfway there with it already.
I Cut down an old sdm mast bag for my mast. Pvc tube and caps for the fuse and slingshot wing covers for some of my starboard wings. Obviously only using the pvc tube when separated.
Old wetsuit leg for the mast and reused closed cell packing foam sheets and duct tape for the wings.
James I have made covers for my foil I used felt lined floor lino off cuts from carport court. Looks professional and protective. Glue it together 3 sides and one end open I used Velcro works perfectly.
will show you when I see you.
