What settings do racers and those with race foils use these days for upwind-down foiling? Phantom's website has a nicely detailed table under settings which I've copied below, but I miss similar data from other brands.

For those of us that are on the Starboard platform, I imagine the settings would look something like this below? Any feedback and critique are welcome, please, and I'm happy to modify the table.

Also, the mast base distance from the front screw: seems to be between 103-110 cm from what I could gather, with most racers preferring it backward for more power. Do they change the mast base placement in regards to wind speed?

I had SB over a year ago now. At 80kg I used to struggle with less than -1.5? shim but known many better than me would use 0? and even +1? in light winds. I started with -2? mind you and was getting better with the power.

Thanks. What rear stab were you using, the regular 255, or the 255 -2 one?

Personally I use most of the time +0.5 and 0 spacers (with 255 -2).

On the Starboard kit, as a light weight with the -2 stab on the 1000 and 115+, 1 degree positive is like an elevator ride straight up. Prefer the .5. All the cool kids in my neck of the woods run the 900 with zero as do I (but I'm definitely not cool or a kid).

Have been told by our Starboard purveyor, though, that because of manufacturing variables, don't be shocked if you use a half degree different than other folks.
