It's interesting how many of the big open water crossings recently have been done on foil including this one.

That's really cool. There's something about island hopping or crossing a small body of water on a board, and it reminds me of Alex Morales. I think I also saw a video of some guys windsurfing around Cape Horn?

Some people did a small hop this weekend, about 2 miles, and one guy broke his UJ and had to get rescued! I've done similar trips in a safer spot where the consequences weren't too bad for breakage... both on fin and foil.

I found this, I think I saw an advertisement for their gear but haven't been able to watch this video yet

I did that crossing 40 years ago with a sailboat ... and it was hard enough!!!!!
