I was thinking the same thing. Just didn't want to make a statement. Concept is nice, more designed for race setup (i.e large board). Might work with my 100 cm board.
I used to sail with back foot in center, but now place it on the curved part just above the rail, but on my Goya Bolt the foil box holes are farther back than a dedicated foil board. But then if I ever did step back there it would be uncomfortable, rounded top edge would help.
My rear foot is never on the screws of the foils. With lokefoil OTO, you can also easily adjust the rake of your foil with shims
