Hello,

after riding wizard 105 and 125, I did moved to magic carpet 120 and pocket air 5'8 to have an hybride windfoil/wingfoil system.
Recently I did change foil from slingshot hover glide to sabfoil that did allow me to use my Falcon 148 for lighter air.
I do now feel that I don't need any more the extra L of the magic carpet and that could have only one board.
I am thinking at the JP freefoil 105 or 115, I will use it with sail from 6.2 to 3,7 wavescape and foil like W799 and 899.
I am 1,82m for 75kg.
do you any feedback on those 2 boards which one would you recommend?
thank in advance

I would go 105, I use the Fanatic Stingray 115 (I've also sailed the JP and from what I can tell they're identical). I'm 95kg and there's plenty of float in that for me so for your weight 105 should be plenty.

If you have uphaul very much, the bigger board is necessary. At 95 kg, you can "sort of" uphaul a 120 liter board but you better practice. I also have 95 kg, and don't use a foilboard smaller than 132 liter. I foil mostly on the Columbia in strong winds, but still have to uphaul many of the launches since they are too far from the wind line.

The OP, is 75kg not 95kg.

At 90kg I can easily uphaul a Severne 115 with up to a 6.5m

Samkyo would be fine with a 105, even smaller if it is a winging board too.

My 60kg wife has the 115L, 3.7m to 6.0m, loves it.
Struggles a bit with the configuration of the 6.0 (stance, uphauling) but 5.3 down is very very comfortable.
Sabfoil W799 W399.
k.

Hello,

thank for the feedback, In the past I did ride a lot the wizard 105 that I was uphauling if not enough wind for water start without issue I don't feel it will be a problem.
feel like I will go for the freefoil lxt 105.
