yes it is for sure, all NP booms can take RDM masts,
A Neil Pryde RDM Boom Shim ($15) is fitted to standard supplied SDM head. Fits all booms Neil Pryde have made in the last 10 or more years

Thank you very much tonyk , I have it on my small diameter alu boom but could not find any informations for the XC boom , it is well presented in a Pryde video but they never talk about RDM mast for the 200 to 250 one . Probably because it is not included with this one , looking at the retail price of this boom it could have been included ...

Yeah it can be hard to find the part listed unless you know what Neil Pryde call it (shim)
By the way I use the boom you are talking about (XC race inerouthaul), I have both sizes 175-215 and 200-250
Very nice to use, top grade in all respects including price.... I think they should give you a couple of shims for free

Tonik , my 6.0 sail is 164 to 178 on the boom so is there a possibility to shorten the 175/215 to 164 or is it already touching the back end at 175 ? my 8.5 is 209/223 so I'm almost obligated to get both booms to cover 2 sails , or get the XC wave 160/220 to cover both sails but no inner outhaul and adjusted at the longest for my 8.5 might be a bad idea . Thanks .

What sail is the 6.0? 14cm difference in clews

do you use the lower clew position often?

Hi , this is a 2020 David Ezzy Hydra 6.0
I don't use the lower clew position often , my boom is adjusted to 168/170 most of the time .
