Hello
I ride strapless a long 239 cm windsurfing board with a double usbox installed in front of the fin. I like WWF style and try to reduce the distance from the foil to the sail base in order to reduce the influence of the power of the sail in balance and increase manoeuvrability. I know the board is long but I've seen in youtube similar long windfoiling boards with better manoeuvrability. Maybe the reason is they have both the foil and sail base more advanced so the swing weight in front of the sail is less.
Any advice is welcome.

I think the key thing is sail universal to foil mast distance. My shred sled which is 213 cm was very manuerverable in the left right direction. I reckon length affects pumping ability more than turnability

Shorter fuze and smaller stab decrease turn radius.

my Bolt 135 is 243 cm long, highly maneuverable, have to cut hard sometimes to miss crab trap bouy lines. Center of mast base is 45" from center of foil mast, AFS W95 foil with 88 cm fuselage.
