Hi guys, I hold the foil pressure point so that my back foot is exactly in front of the back strap. This way when I maneuver with my foot out I have a completely neutral balance (like jibing) and when I maneuver with my foot in the strap it is a little less balanced but gives me additional pressure to jump. I'm comfortable with that but in the end the strap behind I only use it when I have to use it and never in cruising. And the two stance are, although very close, different. (I close 360 without strap without problem but I fail sometimes with it to try kono) My question is if anyone has ever used a half-hook strap (back footstrap) and how they found it. Maybe I could find the compromise between that 5cm . But maybe is only a trip. Thanks
