Hi
I have a 2015 futura 124 with standard tuttle box (depth is 5cm and 3.5cm each end) - other than major customisation is there any easy option (foil or adaptor) to use this board to try foiling, or do i need a new board?
PS
if im going for a new set up - im thinking Naish hover 122 or SS Wizard 125 with their respective foils (im 88kg)....sound about right??
Cheers

The Chinook power plate would be your best option. However if funds allow I highly recommend going for the foil board with matching foil. It's a far better experience when they are tuned together

A friend used the Naish foil (with tuttle mount) on the Starboard Futura.
I rode a Starboard Go 122L with a Slingshot clone foil (FoilWorks)and a PowerPlate. It was a fantastic combination. The PowerPlate adds a bit more maintenance as it has several more bolts, but it allows you to move the foil further forwards and backwards for additional tuning that wouldn't otherwise be available.
If you can find a power plate setup with a std Tuttle box it will be marginal. We looked at this exact combo on my 144 futura and due to the strap positions, decided to scrap it. If you invest with specific foil masts to make it happen, ensure you can switch to a deep Tuttle or foil box later on.
Thanks for all the responses...im going to buy a 2nd hand 2018 (red yellow) Naish Hover 122 for learning - just trying to decide if I go with the 2019 Thrust foil, a 2019 SS Fwind foil, or the new 2020 Naish windfoil
