Yes it is .... it's on fact one of the protoype of the air inside that is use only for foiling.
Most of the guys have a specific board for the foil use . Some of them have even reinforce the fin box (deep TT) to make sure it will not break !
seems fun everytime one sees foiling .. everyone on the vid not foiling either was schlogging or uphauling so I guess this is the new wave for light winds
