Hey all,

I'm wondering, can anyone tell me what these marks / discoloration are / is on my foil mast. I'm thinking it might be sunburn cream? Not sure what to try and clean it with? There are no marks on my fuselage or wings

I have a similar thing happening to my hover glide kit; mast and fuse after two seasons of fresh water use. I don't think it is affecting performance though just a bit ugly.

My foil is brand new. Has been used in fresh and salt water. Strange.

The Naish looks interesting almost looks like impurities in the aluminium are coming through as corrosion, but maybe the colour in your image is just light reflection

I have NP Ali mast with 6000k"s on it where the colour anodizing is wearing off, but it's not oxidisation or corrosion it's merely going back to natural Silver anodize,
I'm thinking it's sun bleaching or wear from sand particles in the water
