I like the idea of crossover boards. Mainly because I'm not stretching the very bottom end of windfoiling. Frequently we have some fun sized waves on shallow reefs and when it's only blowing 6-19kts I'm happy on a WindSUP or maybe I'll try a paddle (gasp!).
I've been looking at a 3-in-1 but haven't found exactly what I wanted since I really prefer a bit more volume than most have while staying compact.
I must admit another motivation towards this board is that my local dealer just started having access to Takuma products and I'm on excellent terms with him. The 140L will make for a very easy SUP platform and should help get the board unstuck for foiling.
I also like where they have the straps placed, I should be able to pump from them no problem. The foil tracks are a little far forward but my particular foil should work nicely with that (Supercruiser).
I invite your thoughts. Likely I'll order one in the next few weeks.
Ih suping not that easy, I have the Starboard Hypernut 138l crosdover (quite similar I think) And I struggle with paddlefoiling.
But take it with a grain of salt, I'm basically wind/kite surfer and just used to have wind to hang on, something with SUP you haven't
Yeah I have no interest in paddle foiling and only a little interest in SUPing in waves. It'll get used 75% for windfoiling, 20% for light wind wavesailing and maybe 5% with a paddle.
