I wrote it before, the only production free-foil board that makes sense to me design wise is Patrick's Aio 5'9"

About 6 months. Yes I do, they have saved my ankles in awkward crashes a number of times.
Sweet I need to try them
There is a minor trade-off. Sometimes you can inadvertently release them during transitions. I've dialed up the tension in the release mechanism, so this is now a rare event. In my view this is a minor inconvenience compared to the peace of mind knowing that they will release during an awkward dismount.

Same with my harness. The occaisional unwanted release is a small inconvenience to not suffer those major catapults.
How easy are the straps to reset on the water?

Easy, just align the parts, hit down with your fist.
From OP pics it appears only graphics and cut out changes to the new Alien?
I've found the Alien 125 quite versatile and can work with various foil configurations to support different styles of wind foiling.
Using it with the Patrik AIO foil set, I use shorter fuse (95) and low aspect wings for free move style or longer fuse (105) and high aspect foils for more sporty free race style.
A short video of using it with the 105 fuse and 800 race wing:

Could you describe how this setup performs? Are you using an HM carbon mast, regular carbon mast, or an aluminum one?I am considering buying a set of 900 for an 80kg weight, but before making the purchase, perhaps you could share your experience with the AIO foil set.
What is the stability likeHow fast is it (max and avg speed)When does it lift out of the water during takeoffIs it good for upwind and downwind sailingCan you compare it to the IQFoil 900Additionally, is this setup compatible with AEON or Starboard fuselages in any way. Thanks

The AIO is based on Zeeko ODM components that are compatible with foils from other brands like Simmer.
They are not compatible with AEON or Starboard components and don't offer the same level of performance as AEON.
My setup:
HM Carbon AIO Mast
Wings: 700, 900, 1100 AIO as well as a converted Starboard 800 Wing.
Fuse: 95, 105, 115.
Stab: 250, have also just made a smaller stab and waiting for Cyclone to pass so I can test it.
Rider weight: about 80kg
Performance: I feel that the 700 & 900 wings wings offer a nice compromise of speed, stability and low stall speed that make them versatile for use on my wider freerace boards (85+ wide) as well as on smaller freemove boards (<75 wide) like the Alien and Wizard.
I used to have the Starboard race set with 900 wing, comparing it with the AIO in similar config (900 / 115 / 250), the AIO wing is more forgiving when gybing as it seems to glide for longer at low speed, but is slightly slower top speed but maybe possible to sail higher and deeper on a windward/leeward course offering similar VMG.
The lower stall speed also makes them more versatile for both Freerace and Freemove.
Thanks for description.Based on what you've written, it seems that AIO is a significantly better option than the Starboard IQFoil. When you mentioned that AIO is a bit slower, could you please provide estimated average speeds and maximum speed if you remember more details?
Additionally, regarding the carbon and carbon HM masts of AIO, are they noticeably stiffer than the SB C400?
Lastly, how much effort did it take to adapt the Starboard 800 wing to fit with the AIO fittings? It's an interesting solution; I've only made a few carbon protectors for boards, but changing the mounting point seems like a nice challenge.

Nice little vid. Those harness lines look very wide. What sail & size
From OP pics it appears...
... Those harness lines look very wide...
+1
Different strokes for different folks but I find lines that wide make sail response a lot slower

Yeah
, hard to break old habits from 40+ years of windsurfing.

I think the Starboard IQFoil has endured well so far over time, and its possible to buy other SB fuses and wings to adapt it to different windfoiling styles and boards. I do prefer the feel of the AIO 700 and 900 wing profiles for the style of windfoiling that I am currently doing. There is always a compromise in lift/drag between the various foil profiles. I feel that the AIO 900 may be a knot slower top speed than IQFoil 900, but can point higher and more forgiving in turns.
I have done flex tests between SB C300 and C400, AIO C300 and C400 masts. When new there was not much difference between each (about 2mm flex with 20kg weight). The older SB C300 masts got more flexy over time compared to AIO C300.
C400 is definitely the way to go if you can afford it.
Converting the Classic SB foils to work with AIO fuse was pretty easy. From memory it was basically cut and reshape existing SB foil mount, fair in leading edge, fill old holes, make template and drill new holes.
