Big swell over the southern NSW coast today. I've been wanting to shoot some of the bra boys and cronulla locals here for some time, today everything lines up including offshore light wind, clear skys, and a decent swell. The guys that ride at this spot both crazy and good, very crazy and very good!

Actually we need to thank a really intense low pressure system between south island of NZ and Australia, got some more this afternoon but all the good guys had ridden themselves out....

I spoke to the guy in the first several shots after, he said it was the most intense surf he has ever had, and I believe him!
And apparently I'm wrong, the swell is caused by the remnants of cyclone Ita!
