Because he was filming himself swimming with the dolphins at the same time. You can't see what it is clearly, so if you had to guess you'd say dolphin. Unless your looking for a Media grabbing headline. Than i would gone with UFO, or my second choice would have been shark

Or you could say "I don't know" or "I'm not going to speculate". It's OK to not make definitive statements when you're unsure of the facts.
