Early surf was excellent. 3-4 ft. Lefts off the wall and they were just bowly speed runs.

Second surf, size dropped, except for a occasional bigger one. Hitting the banks differently and was more dredgey. Still fun.

Took the hp out after those clips yesterday... Second surf should have taken the shorty or the single fin out.

Hope y'all got some

Well I guess its now safe to say the surf has been great all week with no more than about 5 guys in the water. Gotta love having a good quiver to cover everything from overhead to thigh high. The new board loves the local...& stoked to have packed away the steamer until next winter

I'm using Shapers S9 fins in the HS psychedelic germ which are awesome. But I got another new board for summer, another ECS bulldog that I picked up in Bali for less than the cost of a 666 paddle lol. They're opening a shop on poppies 1 soon & have started making boards over there. I guess I should post some pics of the new board & the fins I have in it

OK coz I know your dieing to see it really...I liked the PU 6'4 Bulldog so much, I bought a 6'0 x 21 x 2.5 Epoxy with EPS foam Bulldog. Been surfing it as a quad, but going to try it as a thruster with HC fins next time I ride it. Paddles as easy as the 6'4

ok truth serum time.

after owning a hl for twelve months and all good and absolutely blessed by the crew in here to help me keep the board last Christmas after my incident, i had a surf on macs evo 2 a few weeks ago and liked it and have decided now is a good time for a change of style and going to buy it and move the hl on.

I think its only right to inform those that gave and I hope you guys are happy about a change of boards.

have a good weekend all

cheers

Mate no need for thank you's,I/we are just blessed that all went well for you,so I/we can hang crap on you even more

OK your not a bad sort of bloke for a wave pig but I was blown away also by the fantastic SB crew who chipped in,during
your time of need, god there was no way you were selling your first longboard after only owning it for weeks,it was unreal how
these guys helped out just a beautiful thing.

Now if my staff recover from illness I'm going to go nuts tomorrow so look out Mr Racey

Neither - just that you can both potentially benefit from this new board swapping arrangement. The only dark side about the whole thing might be how the farmer reacts as he slips down the pecking order

don't worry about the farmer Ted he has a much better supplier than I was,he tells the guy what board and colour to order, then he swoops 4 weeks later.

some good waves this morning and a few bigger ones. mr dogman out there first up finless. man that is so so hard to stand up on. saw him lick his feet taking off a few times.

man that guy could sup dbar and get away with it. he laughs and talks to everyone.

with his beard and wild looks the guy is the original hipster

evo 2 fits into the walls and hollow sections very nicely
