what size is that one weiry , saw one in the flesh at a comp a few weeks back 8ft 8 I think , I was surprised how light it was and went really well , so well it knocked me out of the comp

what size is that one weiry , saw one in the flesh at a comp a few weeks back 8ft 8 I think , I was surprised how light it was and went really well , so well it knocked me out of the comp
9'1" TD, best beachie board I've owned, I was in 25 knt winds Monday .8'8" would be easy if it was under 10knts

that wasn't meant as a bagging out of old longboard riders ( not about to bag myself out ) , but to point out SUP riders sometimes get a bad wrap .
most of us have prone surfed before and are well aware that we can spot waves before the prone paddlers and have more paddling power when it comes to catching a wave , doesn't mean we hog every wave coming through.
over this summer had 3 surfers drop in on me real bad, 2 I don't know how I managed to miss them , 1 I pulled a groin muscle pulling off the wave to miss him , don't see me bagging out prone surfers

If you're standing up while riding a wave you're surfing it.
If you're lying down while surfing a wave you're prone surfing it.
Simply referring to surfers as "surfers" is clear enough.
At least you're not referring to surfers as "crawlers".
