its a chest mount go pro i assume, other wise your head is all over the place

just put up the garmin link it was the quickest ive done with out trying broken to lennox was really good .we were catching runs sitting down

a few of us did a run from seaway to broad beach on sunday. pretty wild in places. swell had east in it

yes chest mount and yes im pissed now takes so many beers to down load a vid

Nice.. I liked the bit going through the gap.

I found there's way too much movement with the chest mount making it hard to watch.

You should try a lightweight vented bicycle helmet and compare the two.

Second half please..

Nice Noel did not look to windy we just Did run on Sunday 25 to 30 knots 2 m plus swell
Freo to scarbs our doctor training hope we get a wind like that it was crazy you heading west for the race moved that 14 fanatic on running the DC 14 fast

Loved looking at the Garmin readout. (Can you please change it to KLMs?) Been recording some of the Downwinders we do up here on the Goldy. Anything under 5 minutes for a kilometer seems pretty fast. That kilometer you did at 4.30 must've been flying!
Going to have to start heading down that way in the Northerlies. They're normally pretty rank up here...

Looking at your Garmin plot either you were literally flying or forgot to stop your watch and were driving UBER quick. Max speed 174km/hr????

we were trying out andies new super secret super sonic paddle stroke works well

nah the garmin haddnt fully conected to the satalite when we started the run.
