Rog no Balin leggies there but Geoff & Keahi now have one each. At one stage all three were standing on the beach trying to get back out , it was just so heavy. There were broken boards everywhere one guy has his short board clean snapped into 3 pieces.

Yeah I got smashed paddling from the boat to shore on Geoffs board and busted his leggie . The shore break just ate me and spat me out.

I watch these vids at work, usually with sound off so didn't pick up on the track. A mate of mine was their drummer for a while - Northern Beaches band!

That was Keahi he was re tying his snapped leg rope back to through the ankle strap it eventually snapped at the board end as well.

i did not want you to take this any age related jibe mate, more of your choice of soundtrack and camera work made me immediately think of another inspiring surf industry cinematographer.
