Wanted - an area to put up a shaping bay on goldie

im looking for an area 5mx8m to put up a shaping/glassing bay ANYWHERE on the goldie but currumbin/burleigh/tweed area would be ideal!!....not a full 5 days a week 40hrs business just needed somewhere i can do my thing 1 week it could be 15hrs a week or 3hrs a week...just more of sidething rather than a full time business......rent will always paid 2weeks in advanced ,very laid back easy going guy,not not into drugs & only a social drinker...could be in ANY FACTORY OR A SHED , i have all the materials from a factory that i was in last year & just need room to put it up or if there is already a room to rent...cheers jamie 0431391770
